We do not ask you to make any payments other than that required for undertaking an online test, as part of the process of registration for our courses.  Once you take the test and make payment, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or another test.

 

1.  Refund Process

If, for any reason whatsoever, a refund of your payment is due, we will require a receipt or proof of the transaction.  If a refund for any transaction is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

 

2.  Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you have done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@samahskilling.in
