Samah Skilling Programme vocational education courses combine academic learning, practical training and work experience. Course curricula are designed by domain experts and the corporate sector, to increase their relevance. Our goal is two-fold – impart skills to our students for an entry level job role today and lay the foundation for career advancement tomorrow.
Our programmes solve the twin problems of employability and attrition that companies face in staffing entry level positions. We have co-opted the corporate sector for curriculum design, practical training and a 12-month apprenticeship for every student. The high relevance of our course content enhances job prospects for our students. And for our corporate partners, a steady inflow of well-trained personnel increases productivity and reduces workforce attrition.
